I took my two sons (ages 6 & 9) here for their first dental visit in Boise. Both the dental assistants were so sweet and kind with my boys. They were very gentle and did a great job cleaning their teeth. Dr. Alexis was just as sweet and down to earth. The office itself is pleasant, kid-friendly, and joyful. I'm so happy to have found a wonderful pediatric dentist so quickly after moving here.
First time visiting with my two ASD children. The facility is very clean, the staff was welcoming and accommodating, and they clearly have experience working with special needs patients. Great experience. We'll definitely be back and I'd recommend Dr. Phillips and her staff to anyone without hesitation.
We love Dr. Phillips and her assistant Ana! They make my kids so comfortable in the dental chair and take the time to explain everything before doing treatment. My youngest is still convinced that she never got a shot for her dental work which is a sign of a great dentist. Glad we found an office for our kids to grow up with...the beautiful location and amazing view out the windows is an added bonus.
My children immediately felt comfortable and safe. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming to children. Today was my 2 and 3 year olds first dental visit. After cleaning and X-rays they both asked when they were coming back. I have no complaints. Dr Phillips and her staff are thorough and professional. We will definitely be coming back and referring friends and family as well.Thanks for all you do!
Amazing from start to finish. My son needed some dental work and Dr Phillips and staff were wonderful with him, keeping him calm and distracted and taking care of things quickly. He was oblivious to what was going on and left with a smile on his face and a popsicle in his hand. I wish I could come to this office myself!
We had an amazing experience. My six year old had several cavities and had a hard time getting them filled at a different dentist. The other dentist recommended General Anesthesia. We came here hoping for a more conservative treatment plan. Dr. Alexis Phillips was able to fix the cavities in office and made my son feel so at ease. She, and her staff talked us through the options, were so kind and helpful, and helped us avoid anesthesia (which is what I wanted to avoid if at all possible). My son says he doesn't want to go to any other dentists. We will not go back anywhere else.
My daughter had a great experience with Dr. Phillips today. She was friendly and engaging and open to discussing any concerns I had about treatment. The staff was warm and attentive to my daughter's needs. They were efficient without making the experience feel rushed. We will definitely be going back.
Dr Phillips and her staff were all great. We had our infants tongue and lip tie released. Dr Phillips explained everything well from the procedure to the stretches what to watch for and she does a follow up appointment to make sure everything is still going well. We would definitely recommend.
Wow wow wow. We have found our dentist!!! My boys actually get excited to go to the dentist for their cleanings thanks to this office team! I’m incredibly impressed by the entire experience. It’s truly a Disneyland experience at the dentist. My 4 year old said today after we were done “I can’t wait to go back to the dentist!” Thank you, Dr Phillips and team! We can’t recommend you enough.
My 6 year old actually enjoyed his dentist appointment because of this office! The women working there were all extremely kind and patient. There are so many little details that made my son comfortable and even excited to be there.
I love it here! Dr Phillips is amazing and explained everything to my son. She is very patient and all of her staff are great with kids. The office is very kid friendly and welcoming.
Dr. Phillips and her team were phenomenal! I was referred to them for my 6yr old needing a tooth extraction and they did such a great job! They made him feel comfortable, relaxed, ensured the numbing was adequate before extracting, and most of all helped me (mom) feel confident in his care! Highly recommend!
